About the Role
We are a growing waste management company looking for a driven field sales representative to join us immediately.
You will be visiting food businesses — restaurants, cafés, takeaways, pubs, hotels and offices — in your assigned area and signing them up to our service face to face.
This is a compliance-driven market with a legal deadline creating strong demand. The offer you will be presenting is straightforward and easy to sell. Full training and materials provided on your first day.
Pay
- Base salary: £28,000 per year
- Commission: paid per confirmed sign-up
- Realistic total earnings: £45,000–£48,000 per year
- 3 month probation period
Who We’re Looking For
✓ Previous B2B or door-to-door sales experience preferred
✓ Confident and comfortable approaching businesses cold
✓ Self-motivated and target driven
✓ Smartphone required
✓ Own transport an advantage but not essential
