Early Years Practitioner – Clapham/Balham, London, SW12
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 per annum (depending on age, qualifications and experience)
Hours: 41 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00am–6:30pm (rota basis)
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Please note: We cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS
- Act as a Key Person for children aged 2–5 years
- Deliver Montessori-inspired learning within the prepared environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Help maintain outstanding standards across the nursery
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Practitioner or Early Years experience
- Montessori qualification desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of Montessori, EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
- Eligible to work in the UK
