Food Production Manager.
You will be running our commercial kitchen. Currently 7-10 staff and growing. Includes butchery, veg-prep and considerable quantity and variety of delicious savoury and sweet food.
We take the highest quality inputs from local farms and turn out food which our customers describe as tasting like real, home-made food.
Hours: generally, 9-5 Mon-Frid, but some flexibility will be required.
You will manage the production of the food, manage the team, deal with compliance and procurement. You will help develop and implement new food in collaboration with the owners of the business.
We are steadily expanding, so the scope of the job will at least double in the next twelve months, and double again in the succeeding twelve months.
You will be part of a positive and growing enterprise and a member of a talented and committed management team.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
