What you’ll do

Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, meetings and priorities for senior executives

Prepare agendas, presentations and take clear, accurate minutes to support decision-making

Act as a key point of contact, managing communications with professionalism and discretion

Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless and well-planned itineraries

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges to support the Executive and wider team
What we’re looking for

Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an EA or PA capacity

Exceptional organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional approach

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience producing high-quality documents and presentations
