About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Contracts Cleaning Manager to oversee multiple cleaning contracts across the Berkshire region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Cleaning Supervisors, ensuring high cleaning standards, strong client relationships and the smooth day-to-day running of all contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Cleaning Supervisors across multiple sites
- Ensure cleaning contracts meet company and client standards
- Carry out regular site visits, audits and quality checks
- Monitor Supervisor and site performance and address issues promptly
- Support Supervisors with staffing, holiday and sickness cover
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Handle client queries, concerns and complaints
- Monitor cleaning stock, equipment and site requirements
- Support recruitment, training and staff development
- Review reports and maintain accurate contract records
- Identify areas for improvement and ensure agreed actions are completed
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning
- Experience managing or overseeing Cleaning Supervisors
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable and hands-on approach
