Office Assistant (King's Trust Practice Vacancy)
37 hours per week, Monday Friday, based in Preston
Salary £13.45 per hour.
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Administration Officer to join our customer service team.
As an Administration Officer, you'll help with everyday tasks such as answering enquiries, updating records, preparing documents and supporting the team to deliver a great service to customers.
What we are looking for
This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career, or looking for a new challenge, who wants to learn new skills and gain experience working in an office environment.
You don't need previous office experience to apply. We know skills can be gained in lots of different ways, including through school, college, volunteering, hobbies, sports teams, caring responsibilities and part-time work.
We're looking for someone who:

Is organised and able to manage their time

Has basic IT skills, such as using email, word documents, PowerPoint etc.
It would be great if you also had:

Experience helping customers or members of the public
