We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy team. Assisting our head chefs in managing all kitchen operations ensuring quality, efficiency & consistency.
The candidate must have strong culinary skills & work ethic with the ability to thrive under pressure within a busy kitchen.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
> Permanent Position
> Excellent salary & 100% tip share
> 5.5 weeks holiday entitlement
> 5 day working week
> Expereince in large scale banqueting is preferred however not essential
