Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our team and support the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll administration tasks, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, and providing support with payroll-related queries. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience working with payroll systems.
Duties
- Ensure accurate data entry related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data protection policies
- Support human resources functions related to payroll administration
Skills
- Previous experience in a payroll administration role or similar position
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and confidentiality requirements
- Analytical skills for interpreting payroll data and resolving discrepancies
- Good knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for liaising across departments
