Silvercrest Scaffolding Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Scaffolding Operations Manager to join our growing Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to take a leading role within the business, overseeing scaffold operations across a range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Knowledge of licenced work is a bonus, as we often work alongside licenced asbestos removal contractors.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for building then managing new teams, day-to day operations, coordinating the new site teams, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and supporting the continued growth of the Company. This role offers genuine long-term career progression, and the opportunity to come on board as a Director and potentially take a profit share, there are very few genuine opportunities to become a key figure within the organisation at this level with performance related pay from all Company activities.
This role requires a dedicated career minded individual that is happy to tackle all aspects of business at management level. We are not looking to carry someone and we are not a firm you can get lost in easily, drive and determination to succeed is key and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
HGV Licence is a bonus but not required.
