Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
The working hours for this role are 4pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, clinical areas, communal areas, and toilets.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised regularly.
- Vacuum, mop, and scrub floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive approach with a strong drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
