Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production & Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied role combining production work, warehouse duties, goods handling and general support to ensure our operations run safely and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be practical, organised and willing to learn. Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
- Prepare, pack, label and move products and materials.
- Receive, check and put away incoming goods.
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock checks.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Keep the production and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
- Follow company procedures for quality, health & safety and handling of materials.
- Operate basic production and warehouse equipment following appropriate training.
- Assist colleagues with general operational duties as required.
- Report any quality, stock, equipment or safety issues to management.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or logistics is desirable, but not essential. Forklift experience/licence would be an advantage.

Pay: £25,420.00-£40,311.01 per year
