Our Day Centre service in Clacton-on-Sea is a welcoming and vibrant environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact. You'll be supporting people to access activities, build relationships, develop independence and engage in their local community.

We're Looking for Support Workers Who:

Hold a full UK driving licence

Are resilient, flexible and composed in their approach

Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice

Have experience supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs and complex behaviours

Are passionate about promoting independence, choice and inclusion
