We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Operative to join our growing manufacturing team.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in our day-to-day manufacturing process. You'll be involved in producing luxury candles and home fragrance products while ensuring every item meets our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pouring candles in line with production specifications and quality standards.
- Assembling products and packaging ready for dispatch.
- Labelling and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assisting with stock control and replenishing materials when required.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Carrying out other production duties as directed by the Factory Supervisor or Manager.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
- Committed to producing work of the highest quality.
- Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks and remain on their feet for much of the working day.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
