We’re looking for an Administrator to join our HR Support Team, providing essential back-office services to our customers’ HR departments across the EMEA region.
This role is central to ensuring that HR operations run smoothly from processing transactions and maintaining accurate records to supporting employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers and leavers.

What will I do?
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support for HR and general affairs expense payments and receipts.
- Accurately record transactions in Excel logs and SAP, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Monitor deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues and stakeholders across EMEA via email and Microsoft Teams.
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse data to highlight trends and support decision-making.
- Maintain secure documentation and uphold GDPR compliance.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the department.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous administrative experience.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade A–C).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
- Experience working within an HR or Shared Services environment.
- Knowledge of HR administration processes.
- Understanding of basic accounting entries.
- Experience using HR systems.

What else should I know?
- This is not a remote position.
- Applicants must be able to commute to our South Woodham Ferrers office.
The location is commutable from Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, and surrounding areas by car, bus, or train.
Hybrid working (3 office days per week) will be available after passing probation.
What are my hours of work?
- Non-peak Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
- Peak (last working day and first 4 working days of the month) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
