Our client, a large and well-established engineering company based in Willenhall, is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their busy and growing manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual seeking long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.
It is an afternoon shift but must be flexible to work days / mornings when required.
Training period is on days

Setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc controls.

Carrying out tool changes and machine adjustments.

Reading and working from engineering drawings.

Producing precision-engineered components to customer specifications.

Conducting in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Working efficiently to production schedules and targets.

Maintaining a safe and organised work area.

Previous experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines.

Experience working with Fanuc controls.

Confident carrying out tool changes and offsets.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

£14.25-£16.00 per hour.

Weekly pay.

37-hour working week.

Early finish every Friday.

Overtime available:
- Time and 1.3 Monday to Thursday.

Time and 1.5 Friday and Saturday.

Double Time on Sundays.
