Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing, performance‑driven business within the KBB industry. You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and booking high‑quality, qualified appointments, playing a key role in the company’s growth.
This role involves qualifying potential clients, supporting our sales efforts, and contributing to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English. Experience with telemarketing, CRM software and a strong understanding of sales processes are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and book high‑quality appointments
- Consistently meet and exceed appointment‑booking targets
- Accurately update records and appointment details
- Represent the company professionally on every call
Requirements
Must‑have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience making outbound sales calls or appointment setting
- Strong communication and objection‑handling skills
- Confident, persuasive telephone manner
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience booking qualified appointments for B2B or service‑based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM systems or diallers
