Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily trade service operations and workflow coordination
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments
- Monitor operational performance, service quality, and project progress
- Prepare operational reports, commercial updates, and performance summaries
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Allocate resources and coordinate team activities
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in trade services, commercial operations, business administration, logistics coordination, or client services
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Experience managing supplier relationships and operational workflows is an advantage
