As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and professional reception and administrative service. Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of care and customer service that Lyca Health is known for.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, liaising with consultants and their PA teams to obtain the correct information and documentation, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.

Colleagues will work 40 hours per week between 7:30am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, in line with the needs of the business.
- Welcome and assist patients, their families and visitors, ensuring a warm, friendly and professional experience.
- Maintain an inviting, organised and professional front-of-house environment.
- Schedule and manage appointments for patients, consultants, secretaries and external stakeholders, both in person and over the telephone.
- Liaise directly with consultants and their PA teams to obtain accurate patient information and medical records.
- Handle telephone enquiries and bookings professionally, following company telephone standards.
- Monitor voicemail messages and return calls promptly.
- Ensure patient records are maintained accurately and updated in line with consultant documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience within a private healthcare or high-end customer service environment.
- Experience working within a reception or administrative role.
