Restaurant Manager Job description: Managing and supervising restaurant on a day to day basis in conjunction with the restaurant manager and other senior management team member to deliver high quality and authentic world class multiple cuisine buffet restaurant and high standard service and enjoyable dinning environment to our customers. On the other hand, assisting General manger on operational matter in terms of daily staffing arrangement, restaurant hygiene and cleaning, staff recruitment, staff training, daily customer service related matter, stock control and other routing work in order to make business profitable and sustainable. Experience and skill requirement: management and communication skill, social media, Microsoft office software, customer service, bilingual in both Chinese and English speaking, writing, reading and listening, preferable to have one year plus previous restaurant management working experience and college plus education background.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
