Ultimation Direct are a market leading perimeter security manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced Welder / Fabricator to our team.
Daily duties will involve the manufacture and fabrication of perimeter gates, turnstiles and barriers. This will involve reading from fabrication drawings accurately and working out cut lists.
Candidates must be competent and confident when working independently and have proven experience with MIG welding. (Additionally experience in TIG and Stick Welding would be an advantage). Suitable candidates will be able to provide high quality work to strict deadlines and work well under pressure.
City and guilds, NVQ or coding’s would be advantageous but is not essential for this role.
Normal working hours will be 8am – 5pm however, flexibility regarding this is requested as candidates may be required to work regular overtime.
Short-listed candidates will be asked to perform a basic weld test prior to being employed.
Hourly rate £16 + dependent on skills and experience.
