ABOUT YOU:
- An RGN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
- You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
- You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
- You will work well within the team, leading, supporting and training junior staff members, acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice to ensure the delivery of exceptional Care and Support.
- You will have previous experience in motivating and leading a team.
