Responsibilities

- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to achieve their academic goals

- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure cohesive support
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with diverse age groups or subject areas
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and actively listen to student needs
- Experience working with children or young learners, demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Knowledge of special education strategies to support learners with unique needs or learning differences
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that motivate students and foster understanding
- Excellent organizational skills for tracking progress and managing multiple sessions effectively
