We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic staff to join our friendly team. The individuals we support have specifically expressed that they want a person who is kind, creative, caring, reliable, flexible and fun.
Our homes offer 24/7 support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our homes are small (1, 2 and 3 bedded) and therefore the role requires elements of lone working; self motivation and the initiation to provide a stimulated environment is essential.
You will be required to work in a team delivering person centred care and will be expected to support individuals in all aspects of their daily living including, accessing the community and personal care. The role involves shift work including lates, earlies, with some sleep-in's and weekends.
