The Role
As Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the department, ensuring targets are achieved, the team is supported and developed, and our business continues to grow.
You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while identifying opportunities to increase instructions, grow market share, and maximise profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Increase market share by winning new business and building strong relationships with landlords and developers.
- Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service.
- Oversee valuations, instructions, negotiations, and tenancy progression.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development.
- Work closely with senior management to implement business growth strategies.
- Represent the business professionally within the local property market.
