Part-Time Bar Server

Castle & Cove is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Bar Server to join our late-night team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced nightlife environment, delivers great customer service, and has a genuine interest in cocktails and mixology.
The Role
As a Bar Server at Castle & Cove, you’ll be part of the team creating a lively, welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll serve drinks efficiently and professionally, keep the bar running smoothly, and help maintain the atmosphere and standards of the venue throughout busy late-night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and other beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service
- Develop your knowledge of cocktails, spirits and mixology
- Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Keep bar and service areas clean, organised and well stocked
- Restock glassware, garnishes and bar supplies throughout the shift
- Follow responsible alcohol service and venue procedures
- Work closely with the wider Castle & Cove team during busy periods
- Assist with opening, closing and end-of-night duties
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in mixology, cocktails and drinks
- Friendly, confident and comfortable engaging with customers
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to stay organised and positive in a busy environment
- Willing to learn and develop your bar and cocktail knowledge
- Available to work late nights and weekends
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to learn are equally important

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
