About the Role
We’re looking for confident, sociable, and outgoing people to join The Philharmonic Cardiff as part of our street promotion team.
As a Street Promoter, you’ll be out in Cardiff city centre and representing one of the city’s best-loved venues. You’ll chat with people, hand out flyers, and invite guests to experience The Philharmonic’s vibrant nightlife, rooftop terrace, and late-night bar atmosphere.
You’ll wear official Philharmonic-branded clothing, so you stand out as part of the team and represent the venue professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hand out flyers and speak with the public in busy Cardiff nightlife areas.
- Promote The Philharmonic’s events, drink deals, and late-night experiences.
- Encourage guests to visit and enjoy the venue.
- Represent The Philharmonic brand in official branded uniform.
- Optionally support online or social promotions.
We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable personalities.
- Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable talking to new people.
- Passionate about nightlife, hospitality, and social interaction.
- Available to work evenings and weekends (especially Thursday–Sunday).
- Experience preferred but not required, with full training provided!
