Property Manager
Salary - 30,000 - 32,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9.00am -5.30pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to take full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and financial performance of a portfolio of mixed-use property. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling tenant relationships, overseeing property upkeep, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations—all while delivering excellent service and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle tenant complaints and mediate disputes to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end letting process.
- Conduct routine property inspections and ensure timely coordination of maintenance and repair work.
- Oversee and manage contracts with service providers (e.g. maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping).
- Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor income and expenses, and ensure operations remain cost-effective.
- Collect rent and service charges and manage accounts receivable.
- Generate regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records, including tenancies, maintenance logs, inspections, and financial documents.
- Ensure full compliance with all local authorities and compliance property management regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in property management (required).
- Experience in customer service or tenant-facing roles (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of property management principles, letting processes, and landlord-tenant law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools for property and financial management.

- Valid UK Driving Licence (required).
