We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven part time Male Children’s Complex Care Support Workers / Caregivers in Dundee to join our growing Homecare Scotland family.

The Client:
A boy who needs support in school following a traumatic brain injury. He attends a mainstream school and requires assistance to maintain his education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in school, including social support
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Implementing behaviour support plans
Essential & Desirable Experience:
- Due to client needs we can only consider male carers.
- Excellent team working skills while showing empathy and understanding (essential)
- Experience in challenging behaviour in a school environment (essential)
- Flexibility to cover out with school hours (essential)
- Knowledge of traumatic brain injuries (desirable)
- Knowledge of breakaway and calm training (desirable)
- UK driving licence (desirable)
Our work pattern:
- Term Time Monday – Friday 11.00 am – 3.30pm
- Occasional social/training cover out with these times
