Lil' Nashville is Coming to Bristol
We're bringing Lil' Nashville to Bristol soon, and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our newest venue from day one.
Inspired by the honky-tonks of Nashville, Tennessee, Lil' Nashville is an independent live music venue and Southern BBQ restaurant where people come together for incredible food, great drinks and unforgettable nights.
You'll recruit your own team, shape the culture and play a key role in establishing Lil' Nashville as Bristol's home for live music, BBQ and genuine Southern hospitality.
About the Role
As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the leadership, performance and profitability of the venue. You'll oversee front and back of house operations, bookings, events and financial performance, ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Owners, you'll build a high-performing team, drive commercial success and create a venue that guests return to time and time again.
What You'll Be Doing
· Leading all day-to-day venue operations.
· Recruiting, developing and inspiring the opening team.
· Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.
· Driving sales, profitability and labour performance.
· Overseeing bookings, private hire and live events.
· Working closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver outstanding Southern BBQ.
· Managing supplier relationships, compliance and venue standards.
· Using sales reports and KPIs to continually improve performance.
We're Looking For Someone Who
· Has experience as a General Manager in a busy hospitality venue.
· Is a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people.
· Is commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales, labour and profitability.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
· Is passionate about hospitality, live music and creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: £47,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
