About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across IMI, including systems implementation, process improvement and business change. Working within IMI’s project governance framework, you will plan, coordinate and track project activity, manage risks and dependencies, and work closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing assigned projects or workstreams from initiation to closure.
- Maintaining project plans, actions, risks, dependencies and progress reports.
- Coordinating input from internal teams, Business Analysts, SMEs and suppliers.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, budgets and issues.
- Supporting project meetings, workshops, testing, implementation and handover.
- Providing clear updates to stakeholders and senior colleagues.
- Helping ensure system and process changes are embedded effectively.
About you
You will have experience in project delivery, coordination or business change, with strong organisation, planning and communication skills.
You will bring:
- Experience supporting projects, systems, process or organisational change.
- Good understanding of structured project management approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
- A proactive, practical and solution-focused approach.
- Experience using project documentation, reports and delivery plans.
A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM or APM would be helpful, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
