Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure effective delivery of training and competency assessments across your area.
- Facilitate engaging sessions, including inductions, that meet diverse learning needs.
- Work with plant management teams to determine forward training delivery plans, priorities and release
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to embed best practice.
- Maintain accurate auditable training records and ensure compliance with standards.
- Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational performance.
What we need to know about you
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Confidence in using spreadsheets and Learning Management Systems – LMS (training provided if needed).
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental aspects of industrial operations.
- Willingness to learn technical processes and equipment and share knowledge effectively.
- A Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development (or willingness to work towards it).
