- 2-week rotating shift pattern
- Week 1: Monday 6am–3pm, Tuesday–Thursday 6am–4pm, Friday off
- Week 2: Monday off, Tuesday–Thursday 6am–4pm, Friday 6am–3pm
The role of Production operative:
- Operating machinery
- Handling materials
- Basic quality checks
- Following health & safety procedures
The ideal Production operative:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work a shift rotation
