The Clearance Guys are a fast-growing e‑commerce retailer, specialising in clearance,
customer returns, and graded stock. Our Netherton warehouse is the hub of our online operation, where products are processed, picked, packed, and dispatched nationwide.
We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join our warehouse operation.
Role Overview
As a Picker & Packer, you will play a key role in the daily running of our warehouse. You’ll be
responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing items securely, and ensuring all goods are processed efficiently for dispatch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists
Pack items securely to company standards, ensuring safe delivery
Sort, label, and organise stock within designated warehouse areas
Assist with goods-in: unloading deliveries, checking stock, and
storing items, Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures, Work as part of a team to meet daily
targets and deadlines.
Support additional warehouse tasks as required.
Requirements
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic English, reading skills (for pick lists and product labels)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
