Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover basis for the Night shift. The successful candidate will work closely with and support the Registered Nurse in providing high-quality care to our residents.
The role will involve assisting residents with their personal care and supporting them with their day-to-day needs, while carrying out assigned tasks under the supervision and guidance of the Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support residents with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, nutrition and overall wellbeing, while maintaining dignity, privacy and independence.
· Follow individual care plans and report changes, incidents, complaints or concerns promptly to the Nurse in Charge.
· Escort residents to medical appointments and social outings, ensuring high standards of care at all times.
· Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality, safety protocols, infection control and company policies (including COSHH and Health & Safety regulations).
· Contribute to a clean, safe and comfortable environment, assisting with housekeeping and laundry duties when required.
· Participate in training, act as a key worker and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
