Our client, a well-established automotive dealership specialising in passenger cars, is actively recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join their professional team in Truro, Cornwall. Benefits of the Vehicle Technician role:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum
- OTE approximately £36,000, including bonuses based on performance
- Working hours typically from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with some shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 5:30 pm
- Only one in four Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, with salary included for Saturday work

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Servicing and repairing a broad range of passenger vehicles to manufacturer standards

- Completing all relevant documentation and reports accurately
- Working efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets
- Contributing positively to the team environment and dealership goals
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified vehicle technician
- Minimum of two years’ workshop experience within a dealership or similar environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Motivated to deliver top-quality service and customer care
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not essential
