Warehouse Manager – Busy 3PL (SE16, ROTHERHITHE)

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of a busy warehouse operation in SE16. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run an efficient, safe, and well-organised site while leading a team from the front.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop warehouse operations (inbound, storage, picking, despatch)

Oversee daily order fulfilment from B2B to D2C and wholesale pallet dispatch

Drive warehouse development, including layout, process improvement, and onboarding of new clients

Implement and manage a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Manage stock control, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment

Liaise with clients directly, delivering excellent service and communication

Supervise warehouse staff: scheduling, performance monitoring, and training

Support strategic projects, acquisitions, and process reviews

Liaise with transport, operations and management teams

Identify and implement improvements to efficiency and performance
What We’re Looking For
-
At least 6 years experience managing operations in a busy 3PL environment

Proven track record in B2B and e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile logistics

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable using and implementing WMS systems

Tech-savvy with basic IT and label-printing skills
-
Detail-oriented, organised, and calm under pressure

Must have Forklift licence and H&S qualifications
