Commissioning Team - Social Services
Help shape services that support adults, children and families across Newport.
In this role you'll work with digital systems, databases and service information that help us plan, purchase and monitor care services. You'll support data analysis, service improvement projects, financial monitoring and administrative processes while learning how public services are designed and delivered.

Continuous Improvement Team - Children's Services
Join a new team focused on improving outcomes for children and families.
You'll help create digital content, design reports and communications, analyse information and support improvement projects. This role combines creativity and data, helping teams understand performance and communicate information more effectively.

Prevention & Inclusion Service
Help develop a digital resource designed for children and young people across Newport.
You'll support the development of a Children and Young People's App, work with schools and partner organisations, help gather information and feedback, and support projects that promote services and activities for young people.

Digital Learning & Engagement - People Policy & Transformation (HR & OD)
Support the systems and programmes that help council employees learn, develop and stay connected.
You'll work with learning platforms, help create training content, support workforce development initiatives, contribute to employee engagement activities and assist with strategic recruitment projects.

Digital Skills Apprentice - People, Policy & Transformation
Help shape how Newport City Council uses information, insight and innovation to improve services for the Council
You'll work with multiple teams & support projects, communications and partnership activity across the Transformation & Intelligence Team, helping colleagues use information and digital tools to drive improvement and positive change. You'll gain experience working with a range of teams and develop valuable skills in project support, communication and organisational improvement.
