Experienced Plasterer / Damp Proofer

Alan Allison 1980 Ltd is a well-established family-run specialist contractor with an excellent reputation in damp proofing, timber preservation and specialist plastering.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced plasterer to join our team. Previous damp proofing experience is an advantage, but we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate.
What you’ll be doing
* Internal plastering and rendering
* Installing damp proofing systems
* Replastering following damp treatment
* Sand and cement rendering
* Metal stud and plasterboard work
* Basic joinery including fitting skirting boards and architraves
* Working as part of a two-person team
* Delivering high-quality workmanship in customers’ homes
What we’re looking for
✔ Experienced plasterer (NVQ Level 2/3 preferred)
✔ High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Reliable, punctual and professional
✔ Able to work well as part of a team
✔ Damp proofing experience desirable but not essential
