Complex R&D Work: collaborating closely with our defence and commercial clients, we're supporting a wide range of complex R&D projects which is rapidly expanding. Predominantly producing high complex/quality 1 offs, 3 offs, 5 offs - we want an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator, who can autonomously take a lead on complex R&D production projects.
Secure Site Location: we operate from a brand new purpose built facility at Dorset Innovation Park - a secure site and hub of defence and military contractors. Due to future expansion, we have agreements in place for both internal and external spatial expansion.
Certification / Accreditation: we have implemented a suite of accreditation including ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001 / 45001 as assurance of our commitment of best practice to key professional disciplines & to support our ambitious plans for growth.

What you'll bring?
- Proven experience in precision engineering
- Proven experience as a competent CNC Programmer / Machinist
- Proven ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
