City Site Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist stone and interiors contractor delivering luxury hospitality, hotel, bathroom and high-end residential projects across London and the UK.
Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior operations team, overseeing multiple live projects from pre-construction through to final handover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business known for delivering exceptional finishes on prestigious projects.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of several fast-paced projects simultaneously, ensuring successful commercial and operational delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to drive projects forward efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-end stone and specialist interior projects concurrently
- Oversee commercial delivery including variations, change management and contractual administration
- Review contracts, specifications, scopes of work and project programmes
- Coordinate design development, approvals and technical detailing
- Manage client relationships and subcontractor performance
- Work closely with site managers to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
- Track procurement, production schedules and supply chain performance
- Maintain strong reporting, risk management and project control throughout delivery
- Carry out QA inspections, snagging and final handovers
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Commercial Manager within the stone, specialist interiors or luxury fit-out sector
- Strong background delivering high-end hospitality, hotel, bathroom or luxury residential projects
- Excellent commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
- Experience managing variations and protecting project profitability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and communication skills across all project stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of luxury finishes and quality expectations
- Organised, proactive and commercially focused approach
