About the Role:
The Business Process Analyst – Accounts Payable is an integral part of Latham’s Global Finance team. This role will be responsible for working within the global Accounts Payable (AP) function to drive operational excellence, performance management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while providing flexible AP operational coverage across roles, countries, and teams to support resource balancing and respond to changing business demands and workload fluctuations. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Leading AP operational analysis and performance management, developing meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
- Driving end-to-end AP process improvement and transformation, identifying inefficiencies, defining future-state processes, and delivering sustainable operational enhancements
- Maintaining robust AP governance, controls, and compliance by overseeing policies, procedures, documentation, audit support, and risk management activities
- Supporting AP change delivery and automation initiatives, partnering with technology and business stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate UAT, and enable successful implementation and adoption
- Contributing to AP strategic roadmap delivery, coordinating project activities, tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and benefits, and providing analysis to inform leadership decisions

And have:

A high school diploma or equivalent

A bachelor’s degree, QBA, or equivalent, preferably

Experience within Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Procure-to-Pay environments; experience supporting testing, implementations, and operational projects, preferable

Fluent English, with business-level proficiency in at least one of French, German, Spanish or Italian.

A Six Sigma Green Belt certification, with a proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
