To work with one of our clients, we are seeking Program Manager with a background in SAP BW and SAP HANA and experience in various reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects.
Typical roles will involve one or more of the following:
- Leading engagements and delivery of SAP BI or HANA projects adhering to Management practices
- Analyze business requirements, business processes, business case and/or technical architectures and develop blueprint and/or designs as per best practises
- Propose and develop Information Strategy Architecture and Standards
- Lead Integration and User Acceptance Testing
- Ability to manage and guide offshore teams
- Business Objects reporting tools, SAP BW and / or HANA mentor who can share the knowledge and lead BIM SAP BI
sales, initiatives and project delivery
- Coaching and mentoring of junior team members and ability to guide team members by experience
- Sales support for new deals, extensions and ad-hoc service aspects.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Information Technology industry with recent experience of SAP BW /SAP HANA/ SAP BO of at least
3-4 full life-cycles ;
- experience in engaging, leading or being part of SAP BW and / or HANA projects
- Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations.
- Estimates costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client's expectations.
- Designs and validates a complex architecture and ensures its successful implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thought leader in areas of Business Intelligence Architecture and Information Strategy.
- Project management experience is mandatory
- Keeps up to date with trends, roadmaps and developments in BI and Analytics
- Happy to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of extraction, modelling and reporting using SAP BW , HANA and one or more reporting solutions
- Deep understanding of one or more functional areas or industry sectors
- Has a broad understanding of Data Warehousing Architectures and Tools
