The Royal Oak Downton is now recruiting for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Our food style is modern English Pub Classics with innovative twists.
We are looking for a Head Chef to further build on the driven, unified and enthusiastic team in place to make memorable dishes for our guests, thus creating memorable moments for them.
You will manage a team of 4 chefs plus Kitchen porter.
Previous experience as a Head Chef in a fast paced kitchen an advantage but the role could suit a Sous Chef looking to take their next step.
Experience in cost and stock control, ordering, rotering, menu development and EHO compliance also advantageous.
