Job Introduction
As a Senior Team Leader, you'll take ownership of safety, quality, productivity and people performance across a key production area. You'll lead by example, coach and develop Team Leaders and Operatives, and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the operation.
Choose from Two Permanent Shift Patterns
Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – Midnight

Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 1:00am

£24.63 per hour inclusive of all premiums

Equivalent to over £43k per year
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Deliver daily safety, quality and production targets.

Manage labour, resources and operational performance within your area.

Drive GMP, Health & Safety and quality standards.

Coach Team Leaders and Operatives to maximise capability and engagement.

Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Work closely with wider departments to ensure successful delivery of the production plan.

Support succession planning, training and employee development.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing, food production, logistics or operational environment

A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams

Strong people management and communication skills

A hands-on leadership style with a passion for achieving results

The ability to make decisions, solve problems and perform under pressure

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
