Interview Date: Wednesday 01 and Thursday 02 July 2026
Join us as Delivery Manager and lead a flagship, government-funded programme transforming lives across Wiltshire and Swindon. Backed by over £100m nationally, this high-profile initiative tackles economic inactivity and supports people with health conditions or disabilities into sustainable employment. You will play a central role in delivering meaningful social and economic impact in your region.
The Targeted Education Service supports vulnerable learners and those at risk of disadvantage to access education, training, and employment. Spanning school age to adult learning, it promotes inclusion, economic opportunity, and collaboration across education and skills, helping individuals build confidence, achieve their potential, and fully engage in society.
You will shape and drive a complex, place-based programme built on evidence-led Supported Employment models. Leading multi-agency delivery, you will ensure strong performance, quality outcomes, and a clear focus on helping participants secure and retain work. Your role will combine strategic leadership with operational oversight; managing teams, budgets, data, and risk, while ensuring compliance with DWP requirements.
Crucially, you will build influential partnerships with senior stakeholders across local government, the NHS, employers, and delivery partners. By aligning strategy, engagement, and performance, you’ll create a shared vision that improves employment outcomes and maximises opportunities for those most in need. This is a unique opportunity to lead a major programme that drives inclusion, growth, and lasting change; if you’re passionate about creating opportunities and leading meaningful change, apply now to make a real impact through sustainable employment.
