We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our independent pub kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a relaxed but professional environment and wants to be part of a close-knit team and work under a brand new head chef as we make exciting new changes to the pub and restaurant!
You will be here from the start of this new era and be able to make a huge impact on the culture and quality of the pub whilst making a name for yourself in the community!
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting our Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen duties
- Taking responsibility for your section during service
- Prepping fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Helping with menu development and specials
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role, or someone who has recently qualified from culinary college and looking for their first steps.
- A genuine passion for food
- A calm head under pressure
- Someone dependable, friendly and team-focused
- Willingness to muck in and help where needed
