- Support residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance

- Maintain clear communication with team members, residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Drive company vehicles safely to support home care visits when required
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping
- Valid driving license is preferred for roles involving home visits or transportation duties
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude towards residents or clients
- Willingness to learn new skills related to health and social care
