Role: Sales Associate

Location: High Wycombe

Contract: Part Time Temp until December

Salary: £15.00 per hour

The Sales Assistant Role:

You'll be at the heart of the store experience - welcoming customers, bringing our products and fragrances to life and helping create the kind of visit people remember.

Be a proud ambassador for Yankee Candle, representing a brand known for quality, heritage, growth and opportunity

Go beyond transactional service to create genuine connections, memorable moments and lasting impressions for every customer

Build brilliant product knowledge and use storytelling to bring fragrances and products to life in a natural, engaging way

Listen to customers, understand what they are looking for and make thoughtful recommendations that feel personal rather than scripted

Contribute to a positive store culture by embracing your teammates, helping others and recognising that great retail is a team effort
