We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education and make a positive impact on children's learning and development.
Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils' learning across the primary age range.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing.
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
- Support children with additional needs where appropriate.
- Supervise pupils during breaktimes, educational visits, and school activities.

- Has a passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative.
- Has previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
