About the Role:
- Be part of a support network working alongside the Store Manager and store team, and being in charge when Store Manager is not available.

- Supervise and oversee the sales performances of the store.
- Train and educate your team on the drink process and policies.

- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Ensure product quality and customer service are met company standard Lead team members to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our kiosks Maintain store team by orienting and training
- Monitor inventory levels and accurately track potential shortages.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Ensure operate efficiently and effectively by bubble baristas to accomplish daily duties.
- Maintain enough coins in the safe.
- Contribute to the development of team members by providing timely coaching and feedback to build their knowledge and skills in bubble tea & extended line of products.
- Be responsible for protecting the store assets by following procedures for safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling
- Remain calm & observant during busy periods or under unforeseeable situations and deploy the team members to ensure best customer experiences.
- Keep the store clean and presentable, modifying checklists as needed to maintain a clean environment.
- Manage and create content for the tiktok.
- Promoting Bubble Citea products on different delivery platforms and managing campaigns to increase online sales.
- Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company
Duties when working a shift:
Serving Customers:
- Immediately greet customers as they come in front the shop.
- Educate customers on menu items and answer any questions they ask.
- Discern customers preferences and make recommendations accordingly.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (i.e. types of topping, ice and sweetness level)
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Prepare the drinks following recipes.
Shop Operation and Maintenance:
- Open and close the store (first and last person here)
- Prepare the Jasmine tea, Assam tea and tapioca (first person here)
- Keep the kiosk / shop area clean.
- Wash and put away shake cups and ounce cups in the kitchen.
- Keep your team moving and working, checking for quality and thoroughness.
- Refill the bubble container, powder container, water container, hot water dispenser, and cups.
- Monitor the consumption of teas and tapioca, reserve time to prepare for refilling.
- Count and close cash drawer after closing, bundling money in safe for deposit (last person here)
- Notice if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage storage areas and put away all deliveries when they arrive.
Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
